Job Description
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a multi-national company. This individual will have a BS degree and will have worked in a Tire Development and or Technical Service position in the Tire industry. This person should have at least 10 years experience in the industry and have managed technical staff. This person will understand tire defects, will have worked with National Groups i.e., NHTSA, RMA, etc.

This person will be responsible for establishing group policies and all liability issues for the company. Represent the company in all dealings with National Organizations on technical matters, Support group technical functions in the development of systems to focus on detection of product quality issues, to ensure high levels of Customer Service. Maintain product testing and development accountability including identifying new trends, support sales and marketing as required. Develop reports as required to keep management informed.

This person will be responsible for Commercial, Private Brands, OEM and corporate technical issues.
