DescriptionWell Established manufacturer of fiberglass equipment for industrial and municipal clients is seeking an Inside Sales Manager. This individual will be responsible for growing the inside sales department and to meet the needs of a worldwide customer base.
Responsibilities
Manage existing inside sales team to maximize customer follow-up
Must be efficient with internet web sites such as Reed and Demand Star
Maintain positive and productive relationships with existing customers while striving to indentify and win new business in key target areas
Prepare and submit timely sales activity reports
Qualifications
5 or more years business to business sales experience - in manufacturing, industrial, or construction equipment
2 years management experience
Bachelors degree strongly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to motivate, direct, and technically support the sales staff
Superior knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling, networking, and lead generation
Strong closing ability a must
Strong computer skills - word, excel, knowledge of e-marketing and related onsite catalog sales
