VP of Operations Job in Rochester Hills Michigan (MI)

A leading manufacturer of plastic and paper packaging products is seeking a VP of Operations (Manufacturing). Responsibilities include ability to make decisions that will lead to positive long-term impact to company growth, financial results, customer relationships, organization development and associate relations within the corporation.
Requirements:
Masters Degree in business preferred but will consider candidates with a Bachelors Degree in Business
Minimum of 5 years in injection molding
10+ years experience in a manufacturing environment that involves plastic injection molding, thermoforming, printing and paper cup/container forming
Must possess technical skills in Lean Six Sigma process improvement techniques, materials requirement planning (MRP), distribution and production planning
