Personalization Manager Job in Midland Texas (TX)

JOB SUMMARY:
Manage a technical services department responsible for personalizing plastic cards with variable data, encoding magnetic strips, and printing static or variable barcodes. Achieve the personalization departments delivery schedule, accuracy, and cost standards. Maintain current standard operating procedures. Train staff and operators to sustain departments objectives in an error free environment. Lead by example to motivate and coach employees. Teach employees to value company policy and departmental standards. Deliver superior personalized products.

KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelors degree preferred; may substitute relevant work experience
Prefer prior direct experience with Atlantic Zeiser and Evolis variable data print equipment
Prior comprehensive knowledge of personalization processes and requirements

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity focused on digital printing of variable data
Prior use of an enterprise resource computer system

This position reports to the Vice President of Operations within the Personalization department. The position supervises all phases of card personalization. This is an exempt position.
