Regional Sales Manager - Western Region Job in Houston Texas (TX)

Due to growth and the desire to penetrate the US Western Region as well as Mexico, we are searching for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead the companys aggressive sales growth of process instrumentation products. The primary function of the RSM is to assist the sales of our products through reps and distributors. 50% + travel throughout the territory is required. The Western Region includes CA, AZ, CO, OR, WA, NV, ID, WY, UT, NM as well as Mexico. The Sales Manager will work out of a home office. They will be responsible for distributor and rep channel management and customer site sales calls.

- BS in Engineering/Business Management required; technical degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years process instrumentation industry sales experience
- Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish & English fluently.
- Indirect and direct channel management experience
