Plant Manager Job in Atlanta Georgia (GA)

Multi-site company seeking a Plant Manager for their mid-south facility. Opportunity to develop and manage over 400 employees in a manufacturing setting and serve as a key contributor.

RESPONSIBILITIES
** Manage all departments and reports to the Corporate Director of Operations
** Responsible for improvements in productivity, quality and processes.
** Management of total assets, wages & benefits and manufacturing costs.
** Develop the leadership skills in all leaders; encourage leadership capabilities and advancement potential of employees.
** Oversee budgeting and planning for this facility.


PLANT INFORMATION
** Plant Manager will have 10-12 direct reports
** Production runs 24/7, 3 shifts
** Manufacturing aluminum extruded commercial curtain walls, store entrances, canopies and windows/doors as well as variety of other special products
** Plant is ISO 9000 certified

QUALIFICATIONS
** Minimum BS degree either technical or business
** Minimum 10 years of aluminum extrusion manufacturing management experience with at least 5 years as a Plant Manager
** Previous P&L experience required
** Strong organizational skills with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
