Your unique role with the company:
  • Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering you will be involved in the development of new and existing tooling from test to production, working with customers on tool design, coordinating test through production and quality to customers.
  • Development of new, revised, and inherited tooling from testing into production status.
  • Coordinate test samples through molding, quality, assembly to deliver to customer.
  • Assist manufacturing with tooling issues on existing tools and equipment.
  • Apply lean manufacturing and automation knowledge to analyze process/tooling for improvements.
  • Working with other departments and seeing projects through from start to finish.
  • Maintain relationships with existing and potential new customers.
What we are looking for in a Candidate:
  • Deep knowledge of the injection molding process across with multiple plants.
  • Previous tooling and project management/ engineering background.
  • Ability to travel to other local plants when needed.
