This is a highly visible role within the organization responsible for managing a complex manufacturing facility in southern California.
The Plant Manager is responsible for leading the production, safety, environmental, maintenance, and quality departments.

You will work with a sense of urgency and drive the facility in a Lean transformation process by engaging employees and facilitating continuous improvement methodologies and projects. 
Improving safety, reducing turnover and managing through KPI’s will be the critical success factors for this role.

Location:  CA – in an area known for great year round weather, reasonable cost of living and close to tremendous beaches. 

To be successful in this critical role:
You must be a driven manufacturing leader with the ability to engage the staff and drive continuous improvement across all functional and technical areas of a growing plant. 
  • A high level of experience leading production facilities with proven capabilities in leadership, Lean transformation, culture change and the ability to mentor and develop your staff. 
  • Experience with plastic manufacturing highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency.
