Your role within this organization:
will be to support the company’s customers in North America, by providing after sales support, training, troubleshooting, and assisting in the resolution of technical issues. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards for customer satisfaction on new equipment startups and repairs on existing lines. Using electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical knowledge, you will quickly troubleshoot equipment issues and resolve with on-site technical support.
To be successful in this role:
Experience with plastics processing equipment for injection molding machinery is a must.
Candidates will be evaluated based on a combination of training, education and experience within mechanical and electrical environments.
Experience providing on-site customer support for processing machinery. You should have a balanced technical aptitude in the following disciplines; electrical (including PLCs), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
This position will require you to work independently and the ability to travel to customer facilities to provide hands on support.
Position can be performed from a remote location and does not require relocation, provided the individual resides near a major airport.
